Provide & Improve the Services: to generate coloring pages from your text prompts or uploaded photos, process your requests, and continually improve the quality and accuracy of our AI generation.

Guest Usage: if you use Color Magic without creating an account, any images you upload or generate are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours.

Account Usage: when you use Color Magic with a logged-in account, we store your generation history so you can view, download, and manage your previously generated coloring pages. You can delete individual generation records at any time, and they will be removed from our active database.

Uploaded Images: all images you upload (for photo-to-coloring conversion) are encrypted at rest and kept private. No one else can access your uploaded content unless you choose to make a generated page public via the community gallery feature.

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Color Magic uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as language and billing region), and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
